Shipping policy
Shipping costs for mainland Portugal and Spain are €5, for Madeira and the Azores it is €6, and for the rest of the world it can vary between €12.5 and €35. Orders are packed and shipped by our team within 1 business day. They will then be delivered to the customer's address within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination of the order. Delays in delivery may occur due to customs issues or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier, which are beyond the shipping process that we control. In mainland Portugal, orders can be received within 24 hours if they are placed before 2 pm. After that, they take 48 hours.
Please note: For orders made with offline payment (bank transfer), the delivery time depends on the payment. The order, already prepared, will only be shipped after the respective payment is credited to our account.
